- Early check-in or late check-out available depending on availability.
π₯ Guest & Occupancy Policy
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
- Children of all ages are welcome
- Visitors allowed with prior notice (no overnight stay without confirmation)
π Smoking Policy
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only
- No smoking inside rooms or bathrooms
- Please use the outdoor areas or garden if you smoke
πΎ Pets
- Pets are allowed only on request
- Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet
- Pets must be well-behaved and kept under control
π Parties & Events
- Parties, loud gatherings or events are not allowed
- Quiet hours: 10.00 PM β 7.00 AM
- Please be mindful of neighbours and keep noise low during the night
π³ Payment & Deposit
- We may require a small deposit to secure your booking
- Payments accepted:
- Bank transfer
- Online transfer
- Cash (for last-minute bookings)
- Full balance can be settled at check-in unless agreed otherwise
β Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation rules are simple and flexible:
- 14+ days before arrival: Full refund of deposit
- Less than 14 days: Deposit is non-refundable
- No-show or same-day cancellation: Full reservation amount may be charged
If your plans change, please contact us earlyβwe always try to assist.
π§Ή Housekeeping & Maintenance
- The villa is cleaned before your arrival
- Additional cleaning available on request (extra charge)
- Please inform us if something is brokenβwe will fix it quickly
ποΈ Room & Villa Usage Rules
To protect the property and ensure comfort for future guests:
- Please do not move heavy furniture
- Do not flush sanitary items or wet wipes
- Keep windows/doors closed when A/C is on
- Keep keys safely β lost key fee may apply
- Use kitchen appliances safely and turn off gas stove after cooking

- First aid kit available
- Gas stove must be turned off after use
- Children should be supervised outdoors
- Emergency contact numbers available in the villa guide
π Transport & Day Trips
Airport pickup, taxi service, tuk-tuks, scooter rentals and day trips can be arranged on request.
Please message us in advance to confirm prices.
π Beach & Local Area
- The beach is approx. 300m from the villa
- Please follow local safety notices when swimming
- Sea conditions vary depending on the season
π§Ύ Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for:
- Any damage caused by negligence
- Lost room keys
- Missing items from rooms or kitchen (normal wear & tear not charged)
