  • 14+ days before arrival: Full refund of deposit
  • Less than 14 days: Deposit is non-refundable
  • No-show or same-day cancellation: Full reservation amount may be charged

  • The villa is cleaned before your arrival
  • Additional cleaning available on request (extra charge)
  • Please inform us if something is brokenβ€”we will fix it quickly

To protect the property and ensure comfort for future guests:

  • Please do not move heavy furniture
  • Do not flush sanitary items or wet wipes
  • Keep windows/doors closed when A/C is on

  • Use kitchen appliances safely and turn off gas stove after cooking

  • The beach is approx. 300m from the villa
  • Please follow local safety notices when swimming
  • Sea conditions vary depending on the season

🧾 Damage & Loss

Guests are responsible for:

  • Any damage caused by negligence
  • Lost room keys
  • Missing items from rooms or kitchen (normal wear & tear not charged)
